Today’s guest is Audrey Van Dyke, she has served in a variety of Environmental, Health, Safety and Energy positions primarily in industry but also in consulting and state and federal government. During her 30 plus year career, Audrey has been leading the shift for organizations to move from compliance to EHSE improvement, to operational excellence and sustainability.
Having been in EHSE leadership roles, Audrey knows what it means to develop, implement and maintain a management system. She has achieved performance improvement by effective performance reporting, engaging management, collaborating with key stakeholders, auditing and developing people. She believes in the importance of effective EHSE data management and the power of accurate EHSE data to accelerate change and increase awareness.
Audrey holds a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Sciences both from the University of Virginia.
