Becky Neal is a Technical Project Advisor for the Environmental and Industrial Services Division of Republic Services, supporting a service offering that includes remediation and spill containment, field industrial services, sanitation services, and strategic waste program management. She has spent 14 years in a variety of logistics, regulatory, and technical roles facilitating hazardous waste management, hazardous materials transport, lean six sigma, process improvements, and waste reduction. She has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Houston and an MS in Environmental Analysis from Rice University. She was named the Young CHMM of the year in 2013 and is the Chairwoman on the Board of Directors of the AHMP. She resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband and a small menagerie of rescue animals.
